The first time will always take a little longer than usual. It also depends on the size of your home and how long it has been since your last cleaning service. We usually have two women coming together to clean the home so both ladies will be trying their best to clean well in a reasonable amount of time. We value your time. After the initial cleaning, we should take anywhere from 1-4 hours to finish cleaning your home.
Nope! Our ladies are dependable and trustworthy. Our ladies can do anything from: having your house key, a house code, leaving a key under the mat or we can find another way by speaking with you about your preferences. We have many references who can vouch for our trustworthiness and honesty, if you would like us to provide you with that contact information.
It would be best if the pets could be locked up because we mop and polish the floors, and we allow up to 20 minutes for the floor to dry. Sometimes pets can get in the way of the cleaning ladies, making it more difficult for them to finish their work at the estimated time.

Our ladies can always let pets outside in the backyard if that is an option, and let them back in once the cleaning service has been completed.

Again, we can work together and talk about different options.
We try our best to keep the same 2-3 ladies assigned to your home. Sometimes there are some days our ladies get sick or something happens which would make them unable to come, in that situation we would need to fill in that space. But normally, those ladies will be assigned to your home and that wouldn't change.
Yes, normally our first cleanings are more expensive due to the amount of products and time we spend at your home. We use our own products and have helpers who come to clean your home the first time so that extra cost is to cover these things.

Nope! Nothing at all, there is no need to pick up toys, organize rooms or anything. We organize, clean and pick up any clutter off the ground and place them in their appropriate places.
During your estimate, we will give you an approximate time of when our ladies will be arriving to clean your home. We ask for you to give our ladies up to 30 minutes from the appointment time to arrive as things do happen (e.g. traffic, accidents).
If something if broken or damaged, we try our best to replace the item or give you the proper amount of what the item costs. This rarely happens but accidents do happen from time to time. Our ladies are careful and value your items therefore this shouldn't happen.
Nope! We bring everything needed to provide the service. Unless there is a certain product you would like us to use in your home, then you don't have to worry about anything.

Please let us know about any allergies because we do use some stronger supplies, such as clorox in the bathrooms.
Normally, we don't but it is something we could speak about if you are in need of our cleaning services.
We usually take cash or check. We are working to begin using Venmo or a different electronic system to take debit/credit card payments.
